How many people can attend the intro session?
We encourage you to invite your entire organization. One session is designed for a broad team audience. If you have a very large group, we can discuss format options when you book.
Is the training customized for our industry?
Yes, always. The intro session is tailored to your industry and the Microsoft 365 tools your team uses most. Custom engagements are scoped specifically to your roles and workflows before a single slide is built.
Do staff need to be technical to attend?
No. Training is designed for everyday business users, not developers or IT staff. The focus is on practical skills inside tools your team already uses, delivered in plain language.
What if we want a second session, or training for new staff?
Additional intro sessions are available for $500 per session. Custom training engagements are scoped individually. Reach out and we’ll discuss what makes sense for your team.
Is training remote or in-person?
Both options are available. Sessions can be delivered remotely via Microsoft Teams or in-person across Vancouver Island. We confirm the delivery format when you book.
