You already have access — ALPHA Chat is available directly inside Microsoft Teams. No new software to install.

Select the Apps section and search for ALPHA Chat.
Start a support request
Type your issue, add details or screenshots, and send. We get notified immediately.
Track your ticket
Status updates, responses, and resolution all happen in the same thread.
In some organizations, ALPHA may pin ALPHA Chat to the Teams left rail for easier discovery. Ask your ALPHA account manager if you don’t see it.
