What are your hours of availability for support?
We offer support during business hours from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Emergency support is also available at an additional rate when it is outside regular business hours.
How can we contact your support team when we need help?
We are available via phone, email, and chat through MS Teams. When we onboard you, we also deploy an agent installed on your devices, providing an additional way to reach out to us.
Do you provide support for specific applications or platforms, like Microsoft 365?
The ALPHA team specializes in servicing businesses that operate within the Microsoft 365 and Windows environments. At this moment, we are not able to serve customers on Google Workspace.
What is your process for escalating complex issues?
If a ticket cannot be resolved by our first line of support, it is escalated to Level 2 support, where most issues are resolved. In instances where the issue requires a more in-depth look, we escalate it to our next level of support available to ALPHA Care clients.
Can you assist with IT strategy and planning?
Our reviews and reports are an excellent way to align IT strategy with your ongoing business needs. Your account manager is available to assist you with any project planning and discussions to ensure all your IT needs are covered.
Do you provide regular reports on system performance and security?
The reports we issue include a snapshot of performance, patch management status, alerts, and important metrics that describe tickets serviced and issue trends. Clients on Standard Care have scheduled quarterly reviews, while clients on ALPHA Care benefit from monthly reviews.
Are there any long-term contracts required for your services?
Our clients see the most value in long-term partnerships. Ongoing business needs are discussed with account managers, ensuring the services we provide align with your long-term needs.
